Let me personally thank you for showing an interest in our spalon. It is our mission to provide you with a relaxing experience in today's stressful world. Whether visiting our spa for a nurturing massage, an exquisite skin treatment, by one of our well skilled and attentive spa staff or our salon where our highly trained and skilled staff can customize a look just right for you. We strive to provide you with the best in customer service.
It is my 27 years experience in this industry as a stylist, color educator, and salon owner, plus my love of travel and being pampered that lead me to creating our Spalon. We are proud to use only the finest products available, including Eufora, a certified organic line using aloe vera as it's main ingredient as well as botanical extracts to promote healthy hair and scalp. We also use Davines: founded in 1982 in Parma Italy, Davines shampoo, conditioner and styling products are scientifically engineered with all natural ingredients making it environmently friendly and great for your hair. Davines uses only renewable energy sources in their laboratories.
Among products we have recently added Mop Top: for dry, frizzy, or unruly hair created locally in Norman, Oklahoma, and Betty Beauty: for the hair down there. Our newest addition is Moroccanoil: utilizing oil derived from the Argan that grows hills of Morocco. Moroccanoil seep deep into hair's roots, providing unparalleled shine, enhanced long-term conditioning effects, and efficient protection against the effects of environmental and chemical pollutants. Instantly absorbed into the hair, this product eliminates frizz, speeds up styling time, and provides long-term conditioning to all hair types.
We have also added two aspects of the Nioxin line to our product offerings: "Scalp and Hair Care" and "Intensive Therapy". Nioxin scalp and hair care system is designed to help improve the appearance of thinning hair in order to create and maintain an optimal scalp environment. Intensive Therapy is intended to be added to your daily hair care regimen to give you your healthiest scalp and shiniest hair.
Our skin care is Dermalogica: who have the best the industry has to offer for every age and type of skin. Dermalogica uses ingredients from renewable sources wherever possible, and do not conduct any animal testing on their products. Their packaging cartons, containers, and shipping materials are either recyclable, photo-degradable, or biodegradable to better protect our environment. Dermalogica is constantly looking for ways to be more environmentally aware and responsible.
Dermalogica was developed by a professional skin care therapist, and is only available through professional skin care therapists who have recieved Dermalogica training. about us: frequently asked questions
what time should i arrive?
please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service time to give yourself enough time to complete a short intake form. If you arrive late, your stylist or technician may need to shorten your service in order to stay on time for his or her next guest.
what is your cancellation policy?
please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Otherwise, please be mindful that our stylists and technicians are self-employed and their time is directly related to their income.
what is expected of me during my visit?
please keep in mind that your time at Timothy Fields Spalon is about YOU, and your stylist or technician wants to know if you are uncomfortable in any way. Communicate with your stylist or technician if you experience any pain or if you would like him or her to adjust pressure or technique. Otherwise, feel free to remain silent and drift off during your service - this will not offend your stylist or technician!
what sort of training does your staff have?
all of our stylists and technicians are hand-selected for their customer service skills as well as the high quality of their technique. Each is also licensed and certified in accordance with all applicable state and city laws. All stylists and technicians believe in continuing education is crucial to provide the best service.
